Callora ("Callora", "we", "our", or "us") is a mobile CRM app for sales teams, developed by Prydio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Callora mobile application and related services.

  • Contact information: your device contacts (only with your explicit permission) to help you find people you know on Callora.
  • Sales data: lead details, call outcomes, notes, follow-up reminders, and pipeline stage changes you record in the app.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
  • Usage data: app features used, frequency of use, crash reports, and performance data.
  • Network information: IP address and connection type (Wi-Fi or cellular) to optimize call quality.
  • Log data: timestamps, app version, and error logs for debugging purposes.

We never sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial gain.

5 Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as required by law.

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Lead & call log data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Call logs: Metadata (time, duration) retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Anonymized analytics: May be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to you.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

6 Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

  • End-to-end encryption for messages and calls in transit.
  • Encryption of data at rest using AES-256.
  • Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmitted between the app and our servers.
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your information.
