You may delete your account and stop using Callora at any time through the app settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9 Disclaimers

Callora is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • We are not responsible for the content of messages sent by other users.
  • Call quality may depend on your network connection and device, which are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prydio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Callora, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
